Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at https://nasirqasmi.com (the “Site”) and any advisory sessions or services booked through it. By accessing the Site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by Muhammad Nasir Qasmi (“Nasir Qasmi”, “I”, “me”).

The Site offers information about my professional background in EPC project information management, Digital Twin governance, EDMS administration and document control leadership. It also allows visitors to request paid advisory sessions.

All advisory sessions are conducted remotely (video/phone) or in-person where agreed. The scope, duration and format of each session are confirmed in the booking correspondence.

A 60-minute advisory session is priced at USD 20 (or the equivalent amount agreed in writing).

When you submit a booking request through the Site, I will email you a manual invoice with payment instructions. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, JazzCash and Easypaisa, unless otherwise agreed.

Your session slot is only confirmed once the full payment is received. Until payment is confirmed, the slot remains provisional and may be released to another client.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed session, please contact me at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may not be refunded.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, case summaries, project names and professional credentials — is owned by or licensed to me and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may view and print pages for personal reference only.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, commercially exploit or modify any Site content without my prior written permission. Logos and trademarks of third-party companies shown on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

Information you share during an advisory session is treated as confidential and is used only to provide the agreed service. I will not disclose your confidential business information to third parties except as required by law or with your permission.

Advisory sessions are guidance-based and do not replace formal engineering, legal, project management or procurement advice from a qualified professional retained by your organisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any advice provided during a session. My total liability for any claim is limited to the fee paid for the specific session in question.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

I may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
