• Digital Twin data arrived from multiple disciplines in incompatible shapes. I set the submission rules and now govern weekly 1D, bi-weekly 3D and monthly 2D database submissions as client focal person — every cycle delivered on schedule since I took the role.
• 3D models, schematics and engineering databases (S3D, SPI, SPEL, SPF) disagreed with each other. I run reconciliation between them, so what the model says and what the database says are the same answer.
• Handover was a closeout problem waiting to happen. I execute the Information Handover Plan from day one, so the asset transfers to the client as a structured dataset instead of a document dump.
• I direct the PIM team to Saudi Aramco and TotalEnergies requirements — no side channels, no untracked revisions.

Lead Document Controller / Document Control Manager · Saudi Arabia

• Aramco requires a named, approved Lead Document Controller. I was approved by Saudi Aramco for both the Tanajib Airport Expansion and the SABGS E-Type Schools programs — the approval letters are published on this site.
• Metadata quality was inconsistent across submissions. I administered Procore and Aconex as Project Administrator and enforced numbering, metadata and distribution rules at the point of submission, not after rejection.
• Project Record Books and Quality Dossiers used to be assembled at the end under pressure. I built them progressively, so Aramco handover packs were complete when the project closed.

Senior Document Controller · Saudi Arabia

• Revision control was informal across concurrent fabrication packages. I established revision, distribution and retention workflows used on major projects including Fadhili Gas and Rabigh II.
• Documents and physical work drifted apart. I audited controlled documents against site conditions so the record matched what was actually built.

Surveying Officer / Loss Adjuster · Jeddah, Saudi Arabia

• Claims arrived as competing stories. I investigated loss sites, examined physical evidence and established what actually happened, in writing.
• I negotiated settlements between claimants and insurers that both sides could accept — and defended them as expert witness testimony when challenged.
• I advised insurers on the risk patterns behind repeat losses, not just the individual claim.
